Shipping Charges and Delivery Times
 
We deliver to anywhere around the world. We can deliver to your home, Post Office box or business address.
Please note that our warehouse closes from 22nd December to 2nd January. Orders received during this time will be shipped from the 3rd January.
 
Deliveries within Australia
We try to ensure that all orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days of receipt. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Please also take into account the average postal delivery times to your location, based on the Australia Post chart below. Due to heavy order volume prior to Mothers’ Day, Fathers’ Day and Christmas, it may take us longer to process your order. All parcels are shipped using Australia Post or courier services. Australia Post provides a reliable and speedy service that delivers to every address in Australia. If your parcel is too large for a postbox, Australia Post will notify you with a Card in your mail, requesting you to pick up your parcel from your closest Post shop/post office. For shipping and handling within mainland Australia and Tasmania, the charge is $9.95 per order.
 
We are located in Melbourne, Victoria, so please take that into account when calculating delivery times. It takes longer to deliver to more remote destinations.

Note: The averages above are based on delivery to capital cities. Deliveries outside of these areas will take longer. We are unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery times due to inconsistent postal standards across the country. Along with Australia Post, we work to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible. We try keep delivery charges to a minimum and in so doing we make no unrealistic claims of next day delivery. As much as we ship promptly and efficiently, please remember that there may be delays from time to time which are out of our control.

Out of Stock Items
We try to have our complete range in stock at all times. However, occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock or completely sold out. In this instance you will be notified as soon as possible with full details, and we will ask you for alternative instructions.
