It has a double contour, higher on one side (12cm) and lower on the other (10cm) designed to cradle your neck and provide support and help improve your sleep posture. It offers a moderate amount of pressure relief and has a washable Lyocell-rich cover and fits a standard pillow case. It measures 58x38x10x12 and is ideal for back and side sleepers. It has pinholes within the premium memory foam - this provides better air circulation and makes the pillow softer to the touch The pillow also has venitilated sides which also helps provide a cooler sleeping environment.
