What inspired you to become a Physiotherapist?
We love helping people be the best possible version of themselves. We’re passionate about helping people move better, feel better and stay active doing the things they love.
What is your philosophy when it comes to helping individuals improve their sleep health? Are there any specific principles or strategies you follow in your practice?
We take a practical, holistic approach. Sleep is influenced by many factors, including pain, stress, activity levels, and recovery habits. Our focus is on helping people identify what’s disrupting their sleep and making sustainable changes that support better overall health.
What are some of the most common sleep-related issues you encounter in your practice?
- Acute neck and back pain making it difficult to get comfortable in bed
- Inflammatory conditions causing night pain and interrupted sleep
- Shoulder pain disturbing side sleeping
How do you go about diagnosing and addressing these issues?
We look at the bigger picture - including movement, posture, stress, activity levels and recovery habits. Treatment may include hands on therapy and pain management education, exercises, work & sleep positioning advice.
