30-Night In-Home Trial

We offer a 30-night in-home trial on the mattress in a box range so you can test it out in the comfort of your own home and ensure it’s the right fit for you.

How it works:
You have 30 nights from the date of delivery or collection to try the mattress. If you’re not completely satisfied within that time, you can return it for a full refund. The mattress must be returned in person to one of our store locations: Caulfield South & Mentone.

We do not offer pick-up or collection services for returns under the trial.

Important conditions:
A mattress protector must be used during the trial period. The mattress must be in clean and good condition with no stains, marks, odours, or damage.

The return must be initiated and completed within 30 nights of receiving the mattress. After 30 nights, the trial period ends, and returns are no longer accepted.

- Proof of purchase is required.
- Limit of one return per household under the trial.

10-Year Mattress Warranty

All eligible mattresses are covered by a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty covers:
- Sagging or indentations deeper than 30mm (not caused by misuse or lack of proper base support)
- Faults in the foam structure or cover stitching under normal residential use
- Manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery.

Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including minor body impressions
- Comfort preference changes after the trial period
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, or failure to use a mattress protector
- Mattresses that are soiled, stained, or infested
-Use on an unsuitable base or foundation

To make a warranty claim, you must provide:

-Original proof of purchase
- Clear photos of the issue
- Details of the base the mattress is used on

We reserve the right to inspect any warranty claims and determine whether repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate.
