The Sleep Central App allows you to monitor your quality of sleep throughout different stages of the night. This app will also provide helpful recommendations and tips to coach you into getting the best quality of sleep every night.
We offer free Australia-Wide shipping for all orders over $150, excluding mattresses and bases. For any order under $150 we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $11.95 for anywhere in Australia except WA. For any WA order, we charge $16.95.

Yes, you can add shipping protection to your order in-cart. Shipping protection covers packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit.

We pack and dispatch daily, because of the high volume of orders it generally takes 24-48 hours for your order to leave. We use Australia Post for most products.

Yes, There is a standard 12 month warranty provided by Mattress & Pillow Science on all items sold on this site. There is also a Manufacturer’s Warranty for each item which could be as long as 16 years. This is dependent on each manufacturer and may differ from category to category of merchandise.
