We offer free Australia-Wide shipping for all orders over $150, excluding mattresses and bases. For any order under $150 we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $11.95 for anywhere in Australia except WA. For any WA order, we charge $16.95.

For VIC customers, express shipping is an option at checkout.
Yes, you can add shipping protection to your order in-cart. Shipping protection covers packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit.
Coverage takes effect immediately following checkout and continues until goods are delivered and received safely by the customer. If shipping protection is not selected, Mattress & Pillow Science is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged parcels. (Read Terms & Conditions)
We pack and dispatch daily, because of the high volume of orders it generally takes 24-48 hours for your order to leave. We use Australia Post for most products.

Yes, There is a standard 12 month warranty provided by Mattress & Pillow Science on all items sold on this site. There is also a Manufacturer’s Warranty for each item which could be as long as 16 years. This is dependent on each manufacturer and may differ from category to category of merchandise.
