We offer free Australia-Wide shipping for all orders over $150. For any order under $150 we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $11.95 for anywhere in Australia except WA. For any WA order, we charge $16.95.

Yes, you can add shipping protection to your order in-cart. Shipping protection covers packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit.

Yes, There is a standard 12 month warranty provided by Mattress & Pillow Science on all items sold on this site. There is also a Manufacturer’s Warranty for each item which could be as long as 16 years. This is dependent on each manufacturer and may differ from category to category of merchandise.
