Data can be “skimmed” from the chip inside smart cards. Smart cards have RFID (radio frequency identification) chips that transmit personal data through radio waves. Thieves use small devices called “skimmers” to intercept data. Held next to a purse or wallet, it takes only a few seconds for these devices to intercept credit card numbers and expiration dates. Skimmers can read names and country of origin from passports up to 10 metres away.

We offer free Australia-Wide shipping for all orders over $150, excluding mattresses and bases. For any order under $150 we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $11.95 for anywhere in Australia except WA. For any WA order, we charge $16.95.

Yes, you can add shipping protection to your order in-cart. Shipping protection covers packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during transit.

We pack and dispatch daily, because of the high volume of orders it generally takes 24-48 hours for your order to leave. We use Australia Post for most products.

Yes, There is a standard 12 month warranty provided by Mattress & Pillow Science on all items sold on this site. There is also a Manufacturer’s Warranty for each item which could be as long as 16 years. This is dependent on each manufacturer and may differ from category to category of merchandise.
